Placing
Your Order
You
may order online where possible using the "Add to
Cart" buttons provided on the product detail pages.
Please remember to fill out all of the options for the product
that you are interested in. When you have made all of your
selections, fill in the billing and shipping information on
our secure order form and submit the order. Please
remember to put the address to which your billing statement is
sent, for the billing address, this will eliminate any
confusion and possible rejection of your card. Please make
sure the correct ship to address is in place and correct. If
ordering by check or money order you can use our printable
order form to send in with your order. Please note
that if paying by check shipments will not go out until
payment is cleared. You will receive a confirmation
notification via e-mail. Our staff processes web site
orders twice a day.

Availability
All
orders are subject to availability and manufacturer's
approval. Customers will be contacted within (30) thirty
days of manufacturer notification of a discontinued or delayed
item or fabric. Manufacturer availability or delay of
any item shall not terminate any other portion of the order.

Sorry,
presently at this time we do not offer shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii. Hopefully in the near future this service will be
offered.
APO,
FPO, And PO Boxes

at this time we do not ship to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. This
service will hopefully be offered in the near future.
Delivery
Methods
Delivery
methods will depend on the particular manufacturer. Most items
are shipped UPS or Fedex. From our location items usually
leave USPS priority. Upon request and for an additional
charge, we can expedite these shipments.

Delivery
time will vary with manufacturer and individual product.
Our goal is always to get your items to you in the fastest
possible time. Orders are usually processed and shipped
within 1-2 business days. Shipping time can take anywhere from
2-5 business days, and on rush deliveries (extra charge for
rush shipments) 1-3 business days. If you have a specific
delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order
placement. Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our
control, we do not make a projected delivery schedule.
We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot
guarantee an exact delivery day.
Return
Policy
Our
customer's satisfaction is very important to us. Without you
the customer we would not be here. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase upon receipt, please e-mail us at
customerservice@blanketcentral.com or call
1-866-804-1581 within 7 days after receiving item(s) for
return instructions. In most cases you will be issued a return
merchandise authorization number to be included with your
package. This step is very important. Please do not ship items
without notifying us. Items must be in original condition for
a refund . When returning an item, you will be responsible for
the products safe return to the designated return address. We
advise you to repackage and insure the merchandise
accordingly. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged
or Incorrect Merchandise
Sometimes
mistakes do happen. Our apologies go out up front in the rare
case this may happen. Great care is taken to assure the orders
are accurate and correct. We none the less can not be
responsible for damages caused by any carrier. If you receive
damaged or incorrect merchandise please e-mail us at

You will be issued a return authorization number and
instructions for return. Once the correct item is received you
will be sent a replacement. Return freight will be credited to
your account. Return freight will only be credited for exact
replacements.
Credits
and Accounts
The
crediting of credit card accounts shall be governed
exclusively by this Agreement. In the event we determine
to provide credit to your account in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the Agreement, after verification,
BlanketCentral.Com will issue credit to the original
account number charged. Anticipate account crediting
within (30) thirty days of our notifying you of your account
credit amount.
